Hey guys, 

I'm wondering. Are 2000 series cards out of production at this point? I still see 2060 getting restocked in my country, but that's pretty much it. No more 2060 super, no more 2070, 2080 etc.

not to mention the shortage they are gana be even higher

Sucks mostly when newer cards are about to come out they don't produce anymore and they become overpriced used sales only or high priced new cause you can't get them from the manufacturer

That would make sense, but I still see 2060 or 1660super getting restocked. Does that means that it's old stocks? I think they keep producing them to be honest but it's just my feeling. 

No they have not stopped producing 2000 series, well actually they have stopped producing everything but the RTX 2060. The reason for this, is the current demand for Graphics Cards, so NVIDIA decided to start reproducing the RTX 2060 in a hope people will buy that card and then 3000 series will have more stock and this situation can be resolved.

I would agree, 2060 with 6GB of VRAM doesn't eat away the 3000 range and probably will be stopped once 3000 supply meets demand or if a 3050 range ever appears in the range. 1650 and 1660 range on the other hand are very good budget options for light gaming and very easy on the PSU requirements and I presume they will still be produced for quite some time.

Well, I think, they are still making them, but all industries are in deficit and GPU factories can't fill demand.

The 2000 series is still in production! They need to keep up with supply and demand and the series offers a good midrange price for the average consumer.

I know retailers even bringing 1050 to life. I think they just trying to sell what's leftover. I don't think they still producing those cards.

nah i think 3080 ti's are just shaved down 3090s. they will still make 3080s and 3090s for sure
