Rma shipping question

Hi guys, quick question, I recently Did an Rma to return a 970 that packed up and as I’m in the uk I returned the card to your Preston offices in the Uk. My replacement which I assume will be the same card is being shipped from Germany, is this normal or is it because of a stock issue? It’s not a big deal as I’m thankful for your great service however It means a few extra days shipping time as live 20 miles from the Preston depo lol.

    Hello and welcome to the forums! We do have an office and warehouse in Germany that provides service to the EU. Many of our RMA replacements for the EU ship out of our Germany office and this is completely normal.
