I've been refreshing every 5 minutes I'm awake and it is killing me. Anyone have an idea when they were coming back? Am I wasting my time?

I have noticed more people talking about the 2070 Supers since July 2nd than any other card when it comes to Nvidia. Pretty much see people suggesting 5700xt with water cooling or 2070 Super or wait longer for 5700xt AIBs (ain't nobody got time for dat). I noticed 5700xt flies all over the place with performance but RTX stays pretty consistent. For me, the main reason I'm jumping my feet back in is that my EVGA GTX 970 has passed and I'm going through video game withdrawals. I also want a sweet graphics card that will take care of my needs for quite a few years. I just hope that the 2070 Super doesn't have the same artifacting issues at the original 2070. 

EVGA give us an update, when's your next shipment coming in?  I could use an 2070 super FTW

Did anyone even get any at the discount prices ?  Were they even in stock at those times..?

I got the black gaming edition with the discount ($20 IIRC). Arrived last night.

I purchased a 2070 Super XC Ultra on the 9th, after the initial sell out, I got auto notified and sprinted to the computer and ordered while over caffeinated.  It was a birthday gift to myself and a 700-series replacement, so I feel somewhat less bad for posting this.    
 
If it makes anyone feel better, my AX1200 died upon reboot so I had to wait even longer for a replacement PSU.  And now, Realtek drivers/software crapped the bed randomly (checking online, this appears to happen seemingly randomly and sometimes nothing solves it), so now I am waiting on a sound card from Amazon.  It's arrives Saturday.
 
So, it might have come out on the 9th, and I got to order one, but it will be almost two weeks before my rig is 100% back to normal and upgraded.  At least this will all be over before the 22nd (my birthday).
 
PS - in case you're wondering, the psu issue and the sound bug are unrelated.
 
PPS - in case you're wondering, yes, this IS all because the PC Gods have smiled upon me for over a decade (the luck I have had), and they needed to make sure I don't take it for granted.  Lesson learned, oh exalted ones!

Same thing happened to me.  I went from early 2000s till about 2014 with no PC issues whatsoever.  2014-2019 have been a completely different story but hey, it's electronics and things happen.  Hopefully my luck will turn for the better soon. lol  (Knocks on wood!)

For those that go with a notify when in stock keep in mind it’s one time it notifies you then you have to sign up again if you miss it. The easiest way to make sure you don’t miss it is to set your phone to automatically check for new mail often and set an alert for mail from @evga.com that way you get automatically notified. You can also set notifications for when Jacob or EVGA posts on social media in case they post about it before the email comes in.

I hope your prediction is correct, just ordered the rest of my new hardware and waiting for the 2070 Super to be restocked.

Same lol. I just got my mobo and processor today. On the EVGA site, they just added a new promo, the power link for 9.99 when you buy a card. It’s a good indicator that fresh stock is going live soon.

Nice, honestly I probably would have if they were all available gone for the Black Gaming but if just FTW3 was in stock I would have grabbed that.
