I bought a 2070 Super on release day and the page for Youngblood says the promotion is closed. EVGA, little help here? Please? edit Title by Cool GTX added Resolved

A few things, did you buy from EVGA.com direct, was the purchase date after July 9th, and have you registered your GPU to your account?
If yes to all 3 parts of the question, it may just be a glitch causing the issue. You can open a support ticket from your registered product and the support staff should be able to help pretty quick.
If you have not registered your card, you will need to do that first.
If you purchased from any other webpage or retailer, the code has to come from them.
If the purchase date was before July 9th (not the delivery date, the actual sale date on the receipt), that can also be the issue.

I bought the card on launch day, July 9th, directly from EVGA and it arrived late Monday night. I registered it 24 hours later and it said promotion had ended. [EDIT] - I received a single code which I think may work to get both games. Perhaps my bad here. Why do I need to install the GEForce Experience to redeem it?

Because NVidia thinks they are funny.
Honestly, NVidia requires GFE so that people can not sell the codes to someone else. If another user sells the code and the buyer doesn’t have the required GPU installed in their computer, the code won’t work.

Several Promos can run back to back - make sure you go to the correct page for your product & purchase time frame Nvidia sets the Rules for redemption

Managed to redeem the codes from Nvidia and GFE last night. Both games require downloading two separate game launchers. I was hoping for Steam activation.
Unless someone confirms either game is simply amazing I'm probably not installing another launcher console.
