Resizable Bar, do I need this BIOS update with my setup?

 Looking at my system specs, can I get any benefit from this seeing as my CPU is 9th gen?

     Looks like no one knows for sure.
     
    I guess I'll wait to see what happens when all the dust settles from these new drivers.

      There are currently 17 games you MIGHT get extra performance out of once you flashed everything and updated video driver--depending upon your settings/how cpu bound your system is at those settings.  The list is here: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/news/geforce-rtx-30-series-resizable-bar-support/

     Oh cool thanks, wasn't sure if my CPU supported it, but I guess it will be if my system is flashed.
     
    That's a pretty good starting list of games, but those drivers look to be worrisome, I'm gonna wait till Nvidia finds out why P3Dv5 is crashing.

    So TECHNICALLY OFFICIALLY your I9-9900K isn't listed as being supported YET, but I quote" "

    Pssst - I've got it enabled on a 9th Gen 9900k with a Z370 motherboard & RTX 3090 FTW3 Ultra (both EVGA). "  I suspect as you noted above that means your might experience occasional glitches/driver crashes while testing it out.  Make sure you've got > 4G enabled in Mbd BIOS if you didn't already and test it out.  Or, perhaps this is the excuse you needed to upgrade your CPU Game on!

    It should be supported, although official support for your CPU might not be there yet
    You'll need a VBIOS and BIOS update though, both of them in fact
