I dont get it I've been buying evga hardware for many years now and not once have i had the need to ask for an RMA as the hardware its self as been amazing ,

But for the last month or so i am having a really hard time getting one from evga ,

To requesting an RMA you have send in a ticket then then you get some support guy come back at you asking things like "can you tel me more" ,But when you send in the details with the ticket you already had the information they needed IE the card as no power and its not working ,I've tried a number of things to try getting the card working yet nothing is work's IE tried another power cable inside the PC still no power to the card nothing .No light on card no fans spinning the card is DEAD !! Yet they send me and message please can you tel me more ,

Please am i losing my mind Is telling someone there is no power to the card and their are no lights and no fans spinning not OKAY for RMA is this not a clue that there is something wrong with the card ??? its like trying to get blood from a stone .

I ask in another message back to them what is it that you want me to say ,this as been going on for over a month back and forth with messages yet no RMA ,

Getting very sick of this ..

Help help help ..

Why don't you just call the EVGA technical support line? You'll be connected with someone fairly quick.

I had a problem 2 days ago with my 1080ti FTW3 Hybrid AIO water pump not functioning and getting 90c temps on load. Guy on the phone told me to shake the radiator a bit, still didn't work. He said "ok, I'll submit a ticket. You'll get an email shortly and just upload an invoice for the card" I got the email, then hung up. Uploaded my invoice and an hour later, I got another email telling me print out a label, attach it to a box and ship out the card for RMA which I did yesterday.

It was a fairly quick and efficient process to be honest. I've never dealt with any other tech company like that.
