As you may be aware, BIOS updates for the Z790 Dark/Classified motherboards have ceased since the conclusion of Computex 2023. This development has been corroborated by a report from Gamer Nexus, which states that the BIOS team at EVGA has been disbanded.
In light of these circumstances, we kindly request that EVGA consider open-sourcing the BIOS for the Z690 and Z790 Dark/Classified series motherboards. Doing so would empower the user community to modify the BIOS code, thereby extending the product lifespan and potentially uncovering new functionalities.
We understand the implications and complexities involved in making a proprietary BIOS open-source. However, given that official support has been discontinued, this move could serve as a lasting contribution to EVGA's dedicated user base.

Probably won’t see an update over the weekend. It would be nice to know for sure though about 14th gen support.

ChrisB replied 3 weeks ago stating it’s still being worked on.

Open source would be amazing. DFI used to have a dev that would crank out BIOS tweaks every few weeks. I’d imagine the hardcore guys here constantly playing with BIOSes for the rest of us to try.
