Port Royal would be ok but then that would require users to purchase 3D mark to run it since there isn’t a free version of it. It would also severely cripple anyone using an AMD card since the red team doesn’t have hardware accelerated ray tracing yet. There are plenty of people that don’t use Nvidia cards but have an EVGA motherboard or PSU.

haha I missed that... It's 3 dollars.
The competition can't even do the ray tracing tests. An even better selling point! They could start bundling Port Royal with all EVGA products, I doubt it would be that expensive for them if purchased in bulk.

It actually requires that you own the base product of $30 and then the $3 add on for the Port Royal benchmark. So a total of $33 which admittedly isn't much but to require that purchase as a benchmark to be eligible for the Mods Rigs prize is a slippery slope of legality.

Agree with CraptacularOne. Any benchmark used would need to be free.

Yeah, time spy definitely makes more sense. Port Royal does come with 3DMark advanced. If you all ready had 3DMark advanced before its release, the add on is 3 dollars. Kind of lame they did that.

I really don't like the way Mods rigs looks after the fairly recent change. It is laid out strange, and makes the info below hard to read. It was much better before that change...IMO. Disregard, seems to have been fixed.

I'm curious about this part. Is the counter really working as it should? The countdown number often seems to go up, even as new eligible systems are added. Is it because people are deleting their eligible systems (why?), or are non-eligible submissions somehow counting against the giveaway (are they supposed to?)
