Removing, clearing

How can I get rid of these current threats in Windows 10 that Microsoft security essentials found? I tried the action tab. It seem the history of the threat continues to set in place without being able to wipe it out completely.
 
PUA:WIN32/CCleaner, and PUA:Win32/Install Core show low risk. I want to rid and clear out all the notification and threats. What is the best practice to fix these issues?

    If you can’t get rid of the threats with one program try another.

    try a reboot into safe mode, scan with malwarebytes and see if that can get rid of them. you might also want to try to remove them with win defender in safe mode as well
