The FTW model is released, albeit at limited quantities that were shipped out a couple weeks ago. Sounds like the next drop is a couple weeks away still, but you can click the notification button any time. The Dark model is supposed to be available around the beginning of June, but they haven't given an exact date.

As Nike said. The best method would be the notify queue if you want either board. As yet, there is no information on an actual retail release (Newegg, etc...). EVGA is currently using a queue system to get product into the hands of end users, rather than scalpers, so I would expect we won't see any of these at retail anywhere until the folks in the queue's have been taken care of.
Next drop for the FTW boards is expected to be first week of June, though it was hinted that it could happen sooner. The Dark boards are not yet available, but should be soonish.

Sadly, yes. Take a look at Amazon, Walmart, NewEgg or anyone else that has a "Marketplace" or otherwise allows people to use their site to sell things. On every one of them, you'll find 'resellers' flipping components for higher than MSRP. It's not just GPU's they're scalping. I've seen pretty much every component that's in high demand being resold at idiotic prices. With the shortage of semiconductors affecting the availability of boards, you can bet they'd be flipping these Z590's if they could get their hands on them. The first drop for FTW boards was not quite three weeks ago, with the next one not being expected for roughly two weeks from now. That's fewer than 100 boards in a month, with a fairly high number of people in the queue, waiting for one. If those boards had been released to retail channels, rather than directly to users in the queue, I'm fairly certain that few of them (if any) would have made it directly to end users before the scalpers scooped them all up. The GPU craze, along with the covid era price gouging phenomenon, has created a whole new breed of ghetto commodities brokers. If there's a chance they can make a few bucks, you can be sure they're going to try.
