I bought a card from a forum member since EVGA does not allow me to purchase the card (not in USA).
I am trying to register the card but do not see the continue button on the website? Not sure if this is correctly displayed?

Can you tell me how to register the card for the watch dogs etc. keys as I have everything including invoice and card was purchased from Evga.com.

You don't get the keys from registering the card. You get the keys from the reseller that you buy from and buying from a person and not a store isn't going to guarantee you the keys unless the person gives them to you.

Those keys are promotion deals designed to market nvidia cards at the stores that are part of the promotion. A forum user isn't getting keys from nvidia to drive customers to purchase lol.

The forum user you bought from should have received the keys with their purchase and it's likely he/she used them.

As far as registering the card you shouldn't have an issue unless some addon is hiding the form/button or the person you bought from already has it registered to their account.

So it seemed that because I am outside USA, it wasn't letting me register the card. Now I registered using my office VPN so that hurdle is over. But when I go to website to request keys, it says that promotion is closed.

I emailed the webmaster for help. Let's see.

It says it is closed here? It should be valid until tomorrow the 29th... is your timezone that date? https://www.evga.com/arti...get-watch-dogs-legion/

No it is still 28th. And it shows promotion is closed. The seller verified that I should have a "request codes" button where it says promotion is closed.

Someone mentioned before that you have to have the card installed in your system, logged into your account with the registered card, and be in the US.  This only applies if the card was bought directly from EVGA in the US.  If the card was bought from like Amazon or NewEgg or other participating retailer, they provide the game keys.  EVGA can't help with that as it's an NVIDIA promotion.

Buying a second hand card will not unlock codes for you. The code comes directly from the place of purchase, so the original owner would need to give you the keys. EVGA will not award keys for second hand purchases.

If the receipt is in someone else’s name, you are a second hand owner, so do not have the same benefits of buying directly.

Also, if you are registering at EVGA.com, that will give you issues since it is a US site, you would need to register at eu.EVGA.com. You should not need a VPN if you are registering for the correct page. If you purchased a card from a US user, that may cause a hiccup, since the serial number wouldn’t match the region.

Woah man. This is like terrible implementation from a user experience standpoint. I purchased a card because 1) EVGA does not allow a purchase from their website. Now it is a legitimate purchase w/ everything including invoice etc. 2) I had to use VPN to register the card but it shows promotion is closed (probably because I am accessing the website from my laptop whereas card is installed on my desktop).

Now I will just ask the dude to redeem everything on my account but honestly, not sure why all this workaround. As long as a card was sold and a code was delivered against it (verified) then why do we need to go through these many hoops. In the past you would get the code and just go on redeem.geforce.com w/ the card installed (irrespective of location) and viola.

There probably aren't any codes left.  This is something where NVidia is providing the codes, and once they're gone, they (eVGA or whoever the card is from) have to wait to get more.  Since the promotion ends tomorrow, you may not end up being able to get one.  They've run out of codes at least twice already, they didn't have any when I first registered mine, went back a few days later & one was available.
Bright side, either way at least you got a card before 2021. lol

And my final post in this thread in case someone has to go through this.

    1) I had to unregister the card as EVGA declined to send me codes.
    2) Seller had to request codes which EVGA was kind enough to ship to him.
    3) I was able to redeem codes using VPN.
    4) Everything ended well.

    Great card this FTW3 Ultra.
