Registered product disappeared after EVGA received it for rma (Step up)

The RMA status is "Completed," however, I have gotten no email yet or anything. It was gone today when I checked my profile after evga said they received the card. (and that it may take 1-2 business days to process however it says that its complete so....)
 
It's gone from the "My Products" page and the site says I have no products registered.
 
Do they just unregister it for you or something? I thought you had to unregister it yourself?

EDIT: Received an email saying that my new product has shipped and has automatically been registered. They also say that I can unregister my old product, but... it already unregistered.

    Yes, I understand that EVGA will unregister your RMA once they process it, and then assign the new product once complete.
