Regarding RMA

Currently the status for EVGA receiving my RMA is pending and has been pending for a few days. Does that mean there was an issue with me shipping? I just wasn't sure as to how long it should take and if I'm supposed to get some sort of email on the shipping status.

    Hello pastlight,
    Yes, for this version of RMA that has been started we are just waiting for your product to reach us so we can get the RMA. Once we receive the unit we can process it and get it replaced, yuo should be able to follow the tracking number for the shipment then check your EVGA account for the rest of the way.
