I own a reference EVGA 980ti and when I game it gets up to 89c. Trying to find an all in one cooler for it and am having next to no luck. It seems that all there is are 1070 and 1080 coolers. Is there anywhere I can find one of these? I've got a model number but it seems to have been wiped off the face of the earth at this point. Model #400-HY-0996-B1 is what I think it is.

There's not much you can do except buy a AIO cooler and use one of these brackets:
    https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16835146037
    https://www.amazon.com/dp/b00jv3wuk0/?tag=extension-kb-20

You need to be careful of who the vendor is if it isn't sold directly by NewEgg or Amazon because the prices can vary widely. Depending on your case, another option would be to buy a dual-bay pump/reservoir combo unit along with a waterblock and radiator from someone like EK Waterblocks. You will also have to decide on the size and length of the hose you will be using along with the type of G1/4 fittings you'll need.

Have you tried increasing your fan speed using PrecisionX or MSI Afterburner?

Try removing the side panel of your case to see if this has any effect on your temperatures. If they drop significantly it may be that the airflow needs to be adjusted. Technically you are still within the safe temperature range but cooler temps are always desired.

check out the corsair unit, you will need to purchase the adapter which run around $50 and a corsair AIO, i would suggest the h80i v2 since you can then use link software to set the curve on the AIO fan.
