Red Dead Online Now Available As a Standalone Game | TechPowerUp
 
Rockstar Games have recently released Red Dead Online as a standalone game completely independent from the single-player components in Red Dead Redemption 2. Red Dead Online will feature the same content found in the complete game including future content updates. The game is now available for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC along with Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5 via backward compatibility modes. The standalone version of Red Dead Online is available from the PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, Rockstar Games Launcher, Epic Games Store, and Steam for an introductory offer of 4.99 USD until February 15th, 2021 when the price will revert to 19.99 USD.
 
Personally I believe that if you don't mind spending 5 dollars for a game then this is a worthwhile purchase.
