I am from the UK and have just received my RMA replacement . There were no customs charges and EVGA replaced and sent out the replacement card quickly. I was very worried I would run into problems 
and it's harder to send cards to Germany rather than the UK but EVGA have been great otherwise. If you are from the UK the only thing you have to worry about now is the delivery to Germany charge. 
 
So thank you to EVGA , the new card is running very well  .

    Yeah, after much worry reading about charged and loads of other nonsense, trying to call customer services and getting no answer, I just did it, and you know, it went smoother than I could have imagined, so yeah, not as much of a **** show as I expected

    How long did the process take?
     
    I RMA'd my 2080ti XC Ultra through overclockers UK, the card acted up on 26th April, sent off to Germany on the 5th. The process seems agonizingly slow.

    Did you send yours direct to EVGA in Germany or through a retailer in the UK? Do they reimburse any shipping fees?
    I am interested to know as seeing a lot of cards needing RMA's online.
