Rattling RTX3080 FTW3 fan

The third fan on my 3080 is rattling. I'm not in the US (card was shipped directly to me via newegg global) so a quick RMA is not an option. Do you think EVGA would ship across a new fan to me so I can replace it myself (or go to a local computer repair shop)? I checked Ali express and the only replacement fan available is for USD45.

EDIT #2: I've been told to RMA the full card off to Germany that will cost me USD115 at the bare minimum. Sigh....

    I had one that rattled and unmounted it, checked to see if it was free and remounted it and it quit making noise

    I tried that already. Even cleaned the dust that had accumulated in the 3 weeks I've run it. The other two fans are running perfectly fine.
     
    Also tried the EVGA troubleshooting of "Apply pressure to the fans with thumbs and apply light circling pressure to help maybe align the bearings on the fans." The rattling has reduced slightly but I feel this is a temporary fix.

    I wish they would make these modular so they could be easily, I got one on ebay that looked like the EVGA but the connector was wrong

     I might get a hybrid kit instead of paying the same amount to RMA it I guess. Lets see what EVGA replies i.e. if they can send me only the fan

    Same problem here, but with the Middle fan, rattling and temperature going high, one week old. Bought on Amazon Spain, already accepted the return and bought a new one. Fingers crossed the new one doesn't come with the same issue.

    ... or see if EVGA can step you up to hybrid version, that way you don't have to deal with installation.
