Hello! I have an uncomfortable case. I have a video card EVGA RTX 3080 ftw 3. The problem is that there is absolutely no sticker with a serial number on it. The card is not working, there is no image and the fans are not spinning. I understand. that for a guarantee you need a serial number, but the cards of the 3080 series were issued quite recently. The card must have a guarantee, their sales began no more than a year. What should I do in such cases ??

You need to complete the process to certify your card for warranty, which requires the serial number if you expect an RMA.
If you bought a card from a 3rd party, and it doesn't have it's Serial number sticker which clearly states not to be removed, then that is unfortunately your own fault and EVGA has no obligation to RMA that card.

You need to complete the process to certify your card for warranty, which requires the serial number if you expect an RMA.
If you bought a card from a 3rd party, and it doesn't have it's Serial number sticker which clearly states not to be removed, then that is unfortunately your own fault and EVGA has no obligation to RMA that card.
I understand everything, if 3080 cards were on sale for two years or more, but cards are only recently on sale, they should have a warranty by default. Unfortunately, at the present time, when it is not possible to buy cards at a reasonable price, or they are not available at all, stores sell this product as they see fit. And it turns out that the end user suffers! I always bought and buy only Evga, but now in Russia they cost 3080 bucks 2500

you better go back to where you bought it & complain / refund/ replace ...

So you bought the card from a private seller?
Does it came with packaging material? There should be a sticker with serial number on the box and another one on the Pcb, right next to the pcie feet.
Can you show us fotos of the card?

EVGA might be able to do something - feel free to contact the EVGA support in your area ,..but I have a feeling it would be way easier to get satisfaction from the original place of purchase for an invalidly marked / sold card.

Hakanaz, the point of the serial number is to verify the product isn’t fraudulent. If someone bought a 3090 and a 3080, which use the same PCB, and then swapped coolers in an attempt to scam a company, then that would be a fraudulent product.
You need to go back to the seller. EVGA can not help in this situation, and will require you to return to the place of purchase.

The original seller should be able to provide the original box. If the serial number sticker has been removed I would be very suspicious of the sale. Sometime thieves remove serial number stickers hoping the item can't be traced. You need the serial number for EVGA to assist you. There is NO reason for a seller or private legitimate owner to remove the serial number sticker.

This is not a replacement product, this is the original, there are brand inscriptions on the euga printed circuit board. Other boards have different markings. It is a pity that the serial number is not indicated directly on the printed circuit board of the video card. It is impossible to replace the board, there will be no EBGA marking.

I have already contacted the seller, they diagnosed the card, but they cannot find the reason. In our country, there is no official EVGA service center, such a complex product cannot be repaired in ordinary stores. Most often, the store sends a card and receives a new one, but this is if the store is an official seller evga

I have the feeling, you might have bought a Chinese Fake GPU from a scammer on ebay.
The card is still in the store, I can only get it on Tuesday

Hum... so the seller didn't give you the original box, the card does not have a serial sticker, and you bought this off Ebay. seems to be a scam to me. Get your money back from Ebay.
