I bought a rtx 3080ti from evga model ftw3 ultra, the seller of the card already said that it was oxidized and the rgb didn't work but I decided to take a chance.
The board itself does not present any type of performance problem, I opened it and checked it and the pcb not have any oxidation only on the heatsink (the person lived near the beach) but the board's rgb does not work at all, I installed the software from evga it recognizes the leds but it doesn't work, I took them off the board and did a separate solder (they are argb 5v) and I connected it to my controller and they are working, but the board does not turn on I tested the cables and ect and nothing.
The board has 4 LEDs on top of the power cables, 3 of which indicate if the power cables are connected and the fourth I don't know why, but it is always on.
Can anybody help me? I thought of soldering a separate cable and connecting the leds directly to my controller, but I would like to resolve and use them on the same board.
