Alrighty so I purchased this prebuilt from CyberpowerPC back in October of 2020 and i've been dealing with this issue literally since the first week I started using it. I have received BSODs with a plethora of different errors ranging from WATCHDOG VIOLATIONS to IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.. you name it. I've spent countless hours trying to debug and solve my problem doing things that involve reinstalling drivers, one at a time and all that. All of the attempts i've made have been unsuccessful and I have still been unable to figure out what is causing the blue screens until I began reading into the issues that other were having with the same model of GPU I have. These blue screens have been frequent and ranging from occurring a couple times a day to once every few days while the PC is idle and other times while gaming or doing schoolwork. If anyone has any solution that doesn't involve me downclocking the card and losing performance, I am all ears. Also, any information or tests I can complete to diagnose the GPU As the problem would be beyond helpful. My computer specs are listed below and I am ready to provide any additional information needed to solve this problem.

You need to send your pc back to cyberpower. That error could come from clock settings or from faulty hardware... Hard to pinpoint with out having alot of spare pc parts to swap out with. Id just send it back if possible... Over the phone support help from cyberpower is useless...

Had I had another computer to use during these times I would take that route. I'd would most likely not have my PC for weeks if I sent it out to them and its a necessity for online work currently. Also, just seeing what i've seen with their support history, I have absolutely zero faith in them doing anything about the issue since its been so long (have no warranty afaik too?) since the time I ordered and received the computer. I am definitely willing to buy another 3080 -- swap it and resell online/return the old one to EVGA if I am able to nail it down to the GPU causing the blue screens. Appreciate the response! :)

Have you done a clean install of windows yet to see if that will get rid of the watchdog violations? The irql bsod could indicate a problem with your ram, ram settings, or even a problem with your cpu/cpu integrated memory controller.

To try and get rid of the irql error I would try boosting voltages on the ram, cpu, and cpu imc if setting ram frequency, timings and voltage manually doesn’t help. I would also run memtest86 to see if your ram comes up with any errors.

I have indeed tried the clean install of windows and ran the full memtest86 test. You think a local computer shop would be able to diagnose a hardware problem?

yes that's why they're in business

    did memtest show any errors?

Some people have had issues with certain SSD drives, try disconnecting the one's not associated with Windows and see if it helps
