Hello,
I purchased my RTX 3080 from EU EVGA store and received it today. However it seems that there is no way to claim my game promotion. The related article is but it does not give any instructions or forms to fill. Does anyone know how to redeem my codes?
The evga.com promotion page lists my product as eligible product but gives the following message: "For residents of the United States or Canada only."
I am afraid EVGA treats its customers in Europe like dummies, again...

You have to register your card, and then go to the Eu promotion page. Do not use the US promotion page or you can not access the promotion.

I have already registered my product. The EU promotion page just have the promotion info. It does not have the same section as US site does.

This is for Geforce NOW subscription. And in order to claim it you need to get the code FIRST from EVGA. I contacted support 2 days ago but still no answer...

Did you order the FTW3 Ultra? If yes, when did you notify? Didn't know that EVGA has also sent out some 3080's in EU already..

The retailer/seller should send the code, which you have to redeem through GeForce Experience. In OP's case EVGA, in YUNLE's case Amazon. I got my code from the retailer. Is the EU queue actually moving?!

I’m in Europe got it from Amazon itself not from third party , actually I called Amazon customer service and they told me to ask nvidia/evga for the game code

I'm in the same boat. Bought a 3080 XC3 Ultra through Amazon (IT) (dispatched and sold by Amazon).
No code 2 days after shipping, the card came today, and I'm trying with the Customer Service with no luck. How am I supposed to get my code?

I'm sure they'll just tell you to contact the retailer, Amazon, which is the one that should actually send out the codes. I'm not sure how to get through the Customer Support, it's like hitting a wall. The promotion ends fairly soon so I hope we can find a way to get our codes.

NVidia is going to tell you to contact Amazon. The promotion comes from the place of purchase, no matter who the manufacturer is. The only place this is different is in Australia.
