Got my notify in at 6:01:15 for 08G-P5-3767-KR, would've been sooner but it said invalid email for some reason so had to re-enter it. It won't take long to get through a second, r..right guys?

Best Buy screwed it up again, no surprises there. Had the EVGA 3070 in my cart and wouldn't let me check out. Ugh.
 
EDIT* Manage to get the FE 3070 into my cart and I get this bullcrap "shipping not available for your area". WTH BB!? >:(

Question: 
If I put in for a Step Up to a FTW3 Ultra 3080 before getting one the old fashioned way, am I still eligible for that step up, or does the "one card per household" thing apply & my step up will thereby be denied?  Asking because I may just switch that Step Up to a 3070, since the step up card is meant to go to a friend that wants a 30-series card (without getting jacked on scalper pricing).

thanks. I knew that was the case for the 3080/3090. but I wasn't sure if they would attempt a round of sales through their site for the launch before switching to BB again.
