Hows the pump noise? I heard some people have noisy pumps and I am planning on buying the hybrid kit for the FTW3 whenever they get them in stock in EU...

Cannot say about the Noise having bad ears.

Very nice sir! I've got a quick question you might be able to help with: I just got mine today and was unboxing it a few minutes ago (what wonderful timing on this topic). There is a LED and 4-pin fan connector on the end of the card (near the shrowd fan). The LED makes sense to control RGB, but none of the documentation mentioned the 4-pin fan connector. Any idea of its purpose? See image below:

@ Monolyth One is for a Standard 4-Pin Fan for Extra Cooling. I think the max is 1 Amp. The Other is a RGB LED Connector but I have not used or plan on using it. It would have been nice if we did have a Manual for the Little Extras that EVGA puts on their Cards.

Yeah I figured they were standard headers, just haven't seen the extra fan header on the Hybrids before (last one I owned was a 980 Ti Hybrid). Did you make use of the extra fan header in your setup? EDIT: Just saw your updates above. A full 1A dedicated PWM header is pretty impressive. Of course it is a FTW3 card so it better have the power! :)

All the RTX 2080/2080 Ti FTW3 Cards have the two Connectors. I am looking for the Post by an EVGA Tech that said it was 1 AMP but not finding it ATM.

Should get the card tomorrow. Anyone knows what kind of memory is on it (micro/samsung) ? Cheers!

I ordered 2 of these cards...both running at +100 for the overclock...and they both hold 2,100 MHz sustained boost. A word of note though: These cards draw A LOT of power...I have seen as high as 367 Watts per card! At 367 Watts, the GPU stays about 56 °C or so. When the power draw is 280 Watts, the GPU stays about 50 °C or so in my system. I can't say that I have heard any pump noise. I have been a fan of the EVGA hybrid cards for years. They keep the card cool (not as cool as full water cooling) but are MUCH quieter than any air cooled card. I just wish they would come out with a 240 mm radiator version. 367 Watts is just a TAD bit much for a 120 mm radiator!

Mine has Samsung. Like everyone else said, the card / cooler perform well. On stock clocks I ran some stress tests for 1 hour and the maximum temp was 50c. Definitely worth the wait. :)

Got my card today, so far so good! Quiet and cooler is good, 54c at 2080Mhz. More tests to come! Cheers!

I've got 2 of them, for some reason card 1 displayed as 2 on the screen and vice versa, anyway, oc'd to 2100 mhz and +325 on the memory. I'm sure I could easily do more, but at this price I didn't want to push it, lol. Temps on the gpu stayed under 60c but the memory was in the mid 70s. I know it's in spec but if I can get it cooler I'd be happier, especially come summertime. So I was playing with fan placement and running furmark to see what would work better. At one point i shut the pc down and connected the stock rad fan back up to card 1, and had it blowing on the back of the card while my case fan was on the rad, I turned the pc back on and got a black screen but I could tell the computer was loaded into windows because my icue lights kicked in. I hit the reset button then it loaded into a screen I've never seen that said windows failed to load properly, I clicked an onscreen reset button then it booted normally and I thought all was well. I went back into px1 and furmark and proceeded to test some more, noticed that my temps were barely going up all of a sudden and it was maxing the power target at only around 50% but still said 2080mhz except with framerates at only a little over 100 when they were around 160. And px1 now reported the cards in their proper positions, I ran a quick timespy extreme run and I lost around 2000pts from 11,700 or so to the 9,000s one card appeared to be running normal with the power target bouncing around but the other was a flatline around 50% or so. I ran out of time because I had to go to sleep for 4 hrs before I had to come to work, not an easy thing to do with a lingering issue, lol. Anyone have any ideas I can try when I get home in the morning?

So your card is water cooled. Mine is air cooled.

So no pump noise? I just got one myself and I think I have a noisy pump. Now could the orientation of the radiator have anything to do with the noise?

Are your hoses on the top or the bottom of the rad. There seems to be a consensus that it is best if they are at the bottom of the rad.
