Greetings all. I have a RTX 2080 Super FTW3 HYBRID ,the card seems to working fine, but i noticed some strange things, at the bottom of the hoses i started to see, some leak starting, or leaking like. i cleaned with a paper towel, but seems to remain there, i dont want that the cooler begin leak. the temps of the gpu i think are fine 25-26c idle, and 54-58c at full load in gaming, with closed case and push pull fans. t amb also is around 23-25c, but in benchmarks like superposition even with open case i get 60-62c, maybe a little high for being an hybrid, but its my first hybrid card. i opened a support ticket on the evga site but after one week i had no response, years ago in some hours evga managed to respond to my mail. btw i attached some photo of the issue, hoping someone had some experience with these aio cooler.

Is the fluid oily feeling or just watery feeling?

The gap is common. Odd, but common. I see the white residue. It does look like it is slowly leaking. If it still has a warranty, RMA it. https://www.evga.com/support/evgarma1.asp

Is the fluid oily feeling or just watery feeling?
thanks for the response, if i touch the fluid, it seems most oily than water as i said i tried to contact evga but at the moment i have received no support, i'm in Italy, so i guess EVGA EU will respond, soon or later, you guys suggest directrly to start an rma, or wait the support? thanks

That kind of looks like dust accumulation - especially with you saying it has an oily feel. I'd hazard a guess that you're fine, but I'm not an expert.

EVGA Eu should be handling your RMA, and you should be able to start an RMA from the my products page, or at least submit a ticket to get everything started.
I also edited your first post to get the pictures to show as well.

EVGA Eu should be handling your RMA, and you should be able to start an RMA from the my products page, or at least submit a ticket to get everything started.

as i said i opened a support ticket pas monday, but after a week i dont had any answer, and if i try to open an rma, without support ticket number it wont let me send the request. why these days the support is so slow? Covid?

+1.. looks like dust and that first pic looks like a leftover plastic nub from the manufacturing when they break them out of the multi part forms. Temps look good too. If you mess with the hoses and twist them around/bend them a bunch you can get them to leak with some effort. The next to last pict where your pointing is the rib that catches the hose when you put it on, but when it was installed it didnt go all the way back to that one. I looked on my older 980ti version and it looks the same way, so i think your ok there too.

cleaned browser history, tried another browser, i use Firefox, tried, chrome and ms edge, tried on a notebook and a smartphone, when i click to submit RMA it keeps resending me at the beginnig page. also now 2 min ago i tried again and it keeps saying session expired but i can only select standard rma, then i get the warning. seems the rma system is having some trouble.

I think webmaster@evga.com night be able to help with website related issues. Make sure you send a copy of the page link before you hit submit so they can track down the issue.

You should call by phone i literally just shipped my 2080ti hybrid to evga for rma due to pump noise being incredibly loud. Support on the phone got the form and everything submitted and ready to go in less than 24 hours

Hy Guys, evga approved the rma request, for the card.
now i ask some clarification about the process.
i will ship the card via ups courier, but i need to know how to exactly pack the card.
the email says to send only the card without the accessiories, now my gpu is an hybrid, i need to send the gpu with cooler with the fan included or not?
i must use the original vga box, or i need to send in a generic box?
also i wonder if i can ask for non hybrid gpu replacement, because of the bad experience with that...
sorry for the multiple post, but it's the fist time i need to rma a evga card, and don't want to make mistakes

Yes you need to include the Hybrid cooler if that's what came with your card. If it was an air-cooled card that you later put a hybrid cooler on, you have to put the air cooler back on or the RMA would likely be declined. Accessories means things like DP adapters, case badges/stickers - that kind of thing. You do not need to send it in the original box, but it's actually a good idea to since it has the cutouts for the card - which helps keep the card safe in transit. You can ask for a non-hybrid card as a replacement, but EVGA's obligation is to replace the card with the same model (or a card with equal or better performance). If you ask nicely, I'm sure that you could get an air cooled card as a replacement though. If you do keep the Hybrid, I highly recommend watching this video by Gamer's Nexus on the proper mounting orientation for AiO water coolers.

watercooled is always better ;)  BTW - did you tried to put some paper under fitting? Maybe it is not leaking at all.
