jrbugbeeThe 2070 in my old machine is exhibiting the same behavior. Windows boots normally (in the tiny 1024x768 window with no driver installed). (Side note: It seems I can stay in this mode indefinitely without crashing or BSODing.) As soon as I install the drivers, the GPU stops outputting. No BSOD this time (I have no integrated graphics on this machine to watch for it like my main machine). I let it sit for a few minutes with no output, waiting for it to auto reboot as it normally does, but no BSOD log. Just hard crash. Had to reboot to safe mode, remove driver, reboot again. Output immediately stops as soon as the driver installed again. Removed 2070, put back in my very old GTX 760, and my (old) machine is back to normal working condition. I would say it's safe to assume the issue lies with the card. I received the 2070 as a RMA on 3/17/2020. The warranty (3 years from date of purchase) on my originally purchased card ended 03/21/2020. While I certainly don't expect another 3 years, is there any grace period on RMA'd cards? This replacement card lasted less than 2 weeks.
