This card is a rock solid card, and runs very simular to a 2080, however, when using the
X1 Precision app, i have no problem pushing card to max on the sliders, like voltage, max
power target, ext. i use  a mem clock of 7500, which is a 500 offset, and a very low GPU clock
of 10 offset.
The reason for that: is when i run the VF tuner test, i get a score of 10+ as the pass. So that means
i can ramp the card only to 10 on GPU.
I have everything pushed during this test, so why is everyone else able to push in the 100+ range of OC?
Also being it doesn't test memroy, how high is is ok that that oc?>

    Any thoughts?

Thoughts as far as? Your GPU is already overclocked from the factory so it is not surprising that an automated tool to see if your GPU will overclock even MORE, does not show much gain.
My thoughts are, it would be more important to know what are your clocks currently while running under a full load and your temps.
Too answer your question, you really cannot damage the GPU using the software to overclock. Your highest memory clock is determined by testing. With GPU memory error correction, generally you will see benchmark scores start to decline before you see artifacts. 3DMark is a good bench to test this along with Unigine Superposition.

Thanks for reply, i see a 2010 clock while in a game that is using a full load like cod, or gtaV. where
GPU utilization is near 100.  Reason i ask, is i seen vids on using X1 Precision, where they show a 2080ti
with an allowance of 150+ as a pass. and its any EVGA card thats Oc'ed. so when i run mine, it passdes,
but a louzy 10+. Card runs damn good though, but i see other Supers doing 2200, and i have mem at 7500,\
but how high i can get that?

You can manually adjust the clocks higher of course. Those running clocks that high are not likely being set that high by the tool. The tool is conservative. I personally don't know why anyone uses it. You have to perform all the same steps to ensure stability, whether you use it or not. It is not fool proof.

Totally, i try not to take what the tool says bible.  I do know when i even move the GPU clock
even about like 50 or 10, raterization type work loads seems fine, but anything using Ray Tracing
Global Aluminatiin , it can't pass tests , or exit to desktop. So maybe the 2070FTW super is pegged
already. and even the Port royal benchmark stops, when the clocks are above 20, or 30.

So, are these cards tapped out? it seems Jay2cents has no problem with a 150+ offset on his stuff and they
    are ftw3 cards.
