I know in the email they say to not to send any acessories.
In a Hybrid Kit, should I send the cover/rad/pump only, or all the screws that came with the kit as well??

I never did a RMA of a Hybrid kit, only GPU (which I know you need to send the GPU alone). Any headsup would be nice.

Thanks in advance.

I would send the screws from the kit, the pump, and shroud. Basically any hardware included with the original box, I would make sure it goes back.

You should definitely ask support directly, and closely read the RMA email, as it may give better insight.

Yeah, I was troughing on sending the screws together as well.

Also, I think I readed it about 4 times, but it wasn't clear as well when it comes to the hybrid kit itself.
Welp, gotta talk to support as well and report back here.

Thanks for the response Scarlet

We spoke about the issue through our chat service yesterday. Please be sure to contact our LATAM team at soporte@evga.com for further assistance for your Hybrid cooler for detailed information about what you would need to send. If you are currently living in Brazil, it may be a bit more complicated and we want to make sure you do not send the wrong parts in case they do not come with your replacement.

Hello Adam.
In the same moment I talked to you, I have sended an email to EVGA LATAM.
I'm just waiting for their response to proceed with the RMA.
And again, thanks for your help on the chat man

I have forgotten to reply back here.

As for EVGA LATAM, they required to send the whole kit to RMA.

I just hope this does not come as a misunderstood like happened to the user Mattcsheppard:

Don't forget, if you ship your cooler back on RMA to keep the shroud and possibly the heatsink/fan.. I learned the hard way and I don't get it back.

I sent my entire kit back and received just the pump, radiator, and mounting plate. I was not shipped the heatsink, fan, or shroud... makes me a little upset because the cause of this issue is unknown and to my knowledge none of the parts I shipped back were actually bad, there is just something about the kit (probably the mounting hardware or the loose vent thing)..

The customer service rep talked to me like I was an idiot for not reading the instructions, yet they say nothing about the heat sink and fan. He also acted like he was not aware of any issue with this product.

I really needed this cooler due to space restrictions/cooling needs.. I'm starting to give up on the idea though. Hope they can send my parts back to me, but it's starting to look like I'm just out the money and time on this entire endeavor.

obvious but ensure you send it secured in a proper box with the right amount of interior bubble wrap or padding to stop it moving around in transit.

there is another thread on here where a customer sent his graphics card in and it apparently arrived damaged

why set yourself up for such a headache?
