So I was approved to RMA my 2080ti XC from customer support.
What is the standard procedure here? The unit is 16 days old, with minimal use ~11 hours total in the 2 weeks.
Will they ship me a new unit or a referb? Should I ask for a different model, rebate, or something else?
This is a first for me, I'm super patient, and not frantic about it at all, just not sure about the whole RMA process.
