I did a search and couldn't find an answer. So I figured I would post it here, my apologies if it has been asked before.
 
Basically,  the EVGA rma address is on my way home from work  so I was wondering if it would be possible to just drop off my step-up rma?  this would at least save me the send shipping.

Gigabyte Z390 Ultra
  Intel i9 9900k
32 GB (4x8GB) Gskill RGB 3200
1 eVGA GTX 2080 Ti Black
3 x1Tb SSD (Data)

    No, it is actually covered in the rma email, that they do not do will call.

    EVGA does not offer DROP-OFF or WILL CALL services for any iCX Upgrade.

    That is an example, but applies to all rma's.

    Use the "shipping link" under RMA - excerpt below
     
    You will then be responsible for shipping your product to EVGA following our shipping guidelines.
     
    under - Shipping In For Warranty:
    All products being sent to EVGA for warranty repair or replacement must be shipped into our facility.
    • EVGA will not accept any packages being dropped off unless by a shipping courier. No Will-Call service is available.
