RMA still pending

Hi, so UPS told me that my GTX 970 got delivered on 7/21(Friday) early in the morning, but on the RMA page it still says RMA Received: Pending
 
I was told that within 24-48 hours is when the card would have been scanned into the system but it has been well over that and im just wondering whats going on? 
Any information would be great as its been well over a week without my GTX 970 and I need my computer to up and running for my business. Thanks.

    Thank you, so far every answer that i've gotten from support is that it will take 1-3 business days and its now going into the fourth so i'm not quite sure what the issue is.
