I need to send my faulty 1080 to Taiwan for an RMA.

I understand that I need to pay for shipping to Taiwan from my location in Australia, however the RMA label also said I need to 'pay for a return shipping label'.

Am I seriously required to pay for international shipping in both directions for a faulty product that is no fault of mine?

    Hello,

Sorry for any misinformation or confusion on the RMA label. What you initially thought is correct, you would cover the shipping to Taiwan and the Taiwan RMA team would cover the shipping back to you. 50/50 for shipping costs on the majority of RMAs in all regions.

...an untrammeled flow of words in an open forum.
