Hello to everyone,
I recently got the message from Evga.
"We have received Graphics card from RMA# 541........ and found out to be Test Failed as per the test report."
Does this mean my video card is faulty?

    That would mean that your card did not pass the testing in our warehouse. 

    Everything is security.
