Hello wmangram! Whenever a RMA has been packaged up and ready to ship then it is automatically removed from your "Open RMA" page. The package is currently awaiting to be picked up by UPS and the tracking number should be updated later tonight. As per our warranty terms, your original card has been replaced with a factory tested and re-certified replacement. It is the same part number but not the same card as was sent to us.
