How does the warranty evga work? replace the piece with a new one or revised? do they collect at home and repair? on average how long do you have without a video card?

    Thanks ..how long, roughly, do you usually need to complete an RMA service?

    in my Region( Germany ) my first EVGA RMA have taken only 3-4 days after i receive a new card

    In my experience they give you a used product so it feels really bad. Also the advance RMA process now only covers those that paid extra for it.

    They give you a refurbished product back to you after the 30 days of the purchase date, otherwise within 30 days you'll get a brand new product back.

    +1   30 days of Purchase is an important date.
