Hello Team,
I can't seem to find an update on the shipping of my replacement product for RMA Number: 5421210928989983. I believe somewhere it should ship on 10/6. It was received on 10/1. Can anyone please assist? Thanks!

    Make sure you check the completed RMA tab. Once the RMA is received and processed, it will no longer show in the pending RMA tab. You should also receive an email with the tracking number as well, if I am not mistaken.

    Please note that if preparing to ship means we have allocated stock and waiting for UPS to pick it up. You will receive tracking directly from UPS once it has been scanned into their system.
