Hi guys. I sent my EVGA 2080Ti XC Ultra on RMA and it was received by EVGA on Monday. Today I was surprised that they didn't sent back to me the replacement card. In the e-mail that I received when my RMA was approved it is written: "When we receive the product, it will be processed and your replacement will be shipped back to you within three business days" In Europe, how long did it take to you to send/receive the replacement card?

The card May have shipped and the website hasn’t pushed the update with your tracking number.

Ok, I undertand that. But what about sending an e-mail with the tracking info? I think if it is like you are saying maybe it is fair to the client to have that info with a simple e-mail.

For Europe keep in mind it can take a bit of extera time if it has to pass over a boarder. Sometimes customs will have to inspect the package before allowing it into a country. It doesn’t happen to every package though. Tracking should indicate the delay though.

Keep in mind that I didn't received any tracking number and my RMA status is still " Next Step: Preparing to Ship Product" I live in European Union and we don't have any boarder between EU countries. Unless the new card comes from the US it doesn't make any sense what you are saying.

UPS collected my 2080 FTW3 to EVGA on the 29th November, was delivered to EVGA on the 30th November, I'm still waiting for some information about when the card will be returned. So i would assume they are at least a two week turnaround at the moment or more.... but in relation to your concerns mine still says "Return Defective Product to EVGA" which is very disconcerting ><

Yesterday I asked EVGA support for an update on this RMA and the reply was that currently there are no cards in stock and I have to wait until it happens. I'm in Europe I don't know if this is only happening in EU or if in the US is the same. What can I do!? I'm so bored and sad regarding this.

Unbelievable. I thought evga would keep separate RMA stock?

I prepaid for Advanced RMA on all of my products. I got my replacement the very next day by 10:30am and I'm literally across the country (NJ) and it shipped from CA.

I'm Europe too, i wasn't offered the Advanced RMA for the product only a ship and fix. Maybe the Advanced option is USA specific option, or offered based on Stock levels? However i did get notified of my RMA being shipped today, so with any luck it wont be DOA or faulty on return. But it's been a two week turn around on a 2080 FTW3 for me here in Europe. I hope you get your replacement card soon Rusher-PT :)

Wow well my 2080Ti Ultra died today as well.. Played Witcher 3 then all of a sudden PC switched off, no longer possible to boot up again. Initially I suspected dead PSU but borrowed a friends PSU and same thing - nothing happens when trying to power pc up. Then I tried removing the video card from motherboard and voila - PC booted up and started working.. Borrowed the 2080Ti to my friend and then he had same issue - PC simply won't start, didn't matter which pci-e slot to use. Very strange issue.. nearly would've bought new PSU but luckily my friend helped me to troublershoot. Just wrote to technical support team and they already responded to start RMA. A bummer - I took 1 month vacation this year (whole december) and in the middle of my vacation card dies, right prior christmas :D

I had to do the first RMA on 2080 Ti is EU. (According to what I was told by tech support). EVGA had a replacement card held in stock specifically for RMAs which they sent to me. At the same time cards were unavailable to order retail. Despite paying in advanced for an Advanced RMA (where broken and replacement cards cross in the post) the overall turn around time was 1 frustrating week. But at least I was dealing with an EU center and not having to post something off and waiting for a return from Hong Kong!!! It sucks, I know. You paid a ton of money for a card and it does not work. And you have to wait to get one that works. Hard luck mate. Simon.

I'm also going to RMA my FTW3 this weekend, just before I leave home and go on a ten day holiday. Fingers crossed I can get my RMA card once I'm back. I hope shortage here in Asia is less severe than EU since they manufacture their cards in Taiwan

Hi guys, Thank you for your feedback on this. I will wait for my card because I have no other option. What I find to be a little bit insulting for a client is to see people on twitter receiving new cards with the same model of yours everyday from EVGA and on the other side you have a client who paid for a card that only had 2 days working good before it dies and it's without a card because of stock limitations. This make me think that EVGA is prioritizing sales over the RMA. This is frustrating.

The stock issue seems strange though. I see manu 2080Ti cards from other AIBs being on the shelves yet EVGA is always out of stock here in EU.

Please do keep in mind that stock for our retail partners and stock for sale are separate from RMA stock. These do not impact each other. Our EU team is working as hard as they can to get RMAs completed as quickly as possible.

So how was my RMA time schedule in Europe 14th Dec, Friday, 2080Ti died, I explained my concern also to Support Team with all the troubleshoot I made and they responded like faster than after 1 hour that start RMA process 18th Dec courier picked up package 21st Dec - as per postal service, EVGA received the package *holidays* 28th Dec RMA status was updated from "waiting package" to preparing to ship replacement" 2nd Jan - EVGA sent replacement card with UPS 8th Jan - I received brand new 2080Ti Moral of the story - if your product dies right before christmas, better get a replacement card :D 3 and a half week total time period. Luckily purchased second hand 1080Ti as a replacement from aftermarket. EDIT: I do not know why I expected a refurbished card but in reality I received a BRAND NEW instead so had this positive unbox experience once again.

Me too! I've received a brand new 2080Ti on 4th January. It took 1 month for me. So far so good, no issues. Let's play!
