Title says it all, my replacement is due to being delivered tomorrow and EVGA took care of transferring the warranty on it but should I remove the original card under Member > My products?  Thanks in advance.

Normally, EVGA support would register the replacement card to your account.  When I did a few Step Up's, I had to remove the old card from my account.  Wait until the new card arrives and is installed and working properly...they make sure it was registered to you...if not...register it.  When asked where purchased...put EVGA RMA.  Once registered...remove the old one.

Yeah the RMA is already registered to me I just see the card I shipped in under my products also.  I'll take your advice.

I agree to wait until you have the RMA in hand working. You don't want to remove the card and find an issue.

Use an Associates Code & SAVE 5% - 10% on your purchase. Just click on the associates banner to save, or enter the associates code at checkout on your next purchase. If you choose to use my code I want to personally say "Thank You" for using it.

Hello and welcome to the forums! Leaving the original graphics card registered to your member account does not hurt anything. You can choose to un-register it or leave it as-is, it is up to you. If you do un-register it and need it re-registered for some reason, we can help with that too. You would just need to contact our support team and we can take care of it.

The old card is gone, and there's no need to have it in your products. Unless you like looking at the old one there, then leave it as is.   ;)
