RMA bad situation with EVGA

Hi guys 

I have very bad experience with my card replacement they should send it to my country in Egypt from GERMANY and we are now in 3 month without the card
 
I contacted my local post office and any confirm there is no Card revived and up till now they are not getting my card   

I dont have any idea how can i make sold complaint and to who i can talk rather than only the email supportEU@evga.com
 
so they can do something regarding my case  
 
please guys if anyone can help how I can take my RMA card and which way i can complaint in so they can forced to take some attention

    Sorry to see it is taking a long time ... only EVGA knows - when your card originally arrived & when they shipped the replacement

    it is 3 month now and i did not recived my card and dont know where is it

    If EVGAEU shipped the card 3 months ago, they will likely have to file a claim to send you a new card. Your best bet is to contact EVGA as you have, as there isn’t much anyone here can do.

    I already in contact with them through the same email that you are providing here but without any reasonable answer they keep asking me please wait and the card will be receiving to you we don't have any information to give it to you


    and I get approved from the Egypt post that there is no cars coming here and it's not within able to keep the tracking number for 3 months without update and they keep asking me to wait
