They were able to get an RMA ticket started for you so you can submit another RMA request. To do this, login to your member account at EU.EVGA.com (make sure you are visiting the EU website) and then follow the link here: . Continue through the forms and be sure to click "Submit RMA Information" at the end. Please go ahead and submit your RMA and I will reach out to our EU team to see if they can assist with shipping in any way.

But like i said, i will not pay 76 euros for shipping this.. with the risk of receiving another defective one..
I will take the loss, but evga never again..
