I sent out a graphics card to EVGA to be replaced due to a problem. The graphics card was recieved but there is still no update of where the replacement is currently. On "my products" section of the webpage on my profile, it says the replacement was shipped on the 4th of September but I still dont have a tracking number. On the 6th of september I was told that the replacement would arrive in 2 weeks but I'm not sure if I should still expect it during that timeframe since there is no update from it. I'd just like to know when I'll get the tracking number and how long will it take for the replacement graphics card to arrive.
