Requested an RMA a week ago and still haven't bee replied to. Is it usual to take this long ? Even got the confirmation email saying it will take 1 - 2 days for a reply. Can anyone help ?

    The seat may be due to EVGA just getting back from holiday leave and having the office closed for quite a few days. Once things start to get back into order, they may respond more quickly. Hopefully they get back to you soon.
