Hello!

Following the trend or first time posters it seems but I'd just like clarification after browsing and finding different answers.

I had to RMA one of my 1080FTW due to it unfortunately going 'Poof'. It's all been accepted /posted and I've had the UPS tracking number etc.

Is the 'Product out' code 100% what is being sent, or is that automatically generated depending on what I RMA'd for example? I only ask due to seeing previous posts about the SLI tick option being missed and people receiving a different card.

Or will I just have to Wait and see what arrives on Monday?

Cheers!

The product out code should be correct. Is the code different that the item sent in?

Nope! The codes match which is good.

However I noted in previous posts where the codes matched their original items but they received something different due to the same / greater performance guarantee. (tbf, the posts were quite some time ago)

If it's correct it just saves me a headache further down the line :D

    Thanks for the swift response.

The Part number is set by default to the same model. If the card has shipped back to you that part number is what you got sent. Since your RMA has shipped back to you then that is the part you are receiving.
