I live in Pakistan. It's my first experience of RMA. I am told to send my GPU to Taiwan for RMA. I have received instructions for RMA via e-mail. It includes a pdf file on which addresses are written (both ship-from & ship-to). In the pdf file, below the addresses, it is also written that "You are still required to pay for a return shipping label" I want to ask that:
How do I pay for return shipping label??? I don't know the procedure. I will send my GPU via EMS i.e. Express Mail Service. For hint, an image is attached. Kindly reply me as soon as possible. Regards

    Voltage35,
Unfortunately, each region office has their own RMA procedures.  I will see if someone from the Taiwan office is able to contact you for further clarification.

That's not fair. Customer didn't guilty for fault hardware.
I never hear for something like that. Customer should pay for shipping in one direction. Office in other.
Someone on Taiwan near Republic of Gamers decide to buy EVGA and he need to pay shipping in two direction.
Near bad luck and fault hardware he need to pay and that.

I can't speak for EGA but normally RMA is paid via the customer to EVGA and EVGA pays for the shipment back to the customer.

Yes, yes you are wise and fair moderator.
    Maybe is only misunderstanding.
If customer send working hardware as fault than maybe need to pay to get back.

    Vlada011,

As I mentioned to Voltage35, we are going to have a member of our Taiwan Support team contact them to give them some clarification.  The image above is only a small portion of the entire PDF that gets emailed to a customer when they do an RMA with EVGA.  Normally it says the customer is responsible for shipping the defective product to our EVGA office and we pay for the shipping of the replacement back to them.

There is no question or issue with the unit being faulty or not working, as they already have an RMA approved for replacement.

Rest assured that our Taiwan team will do their best to work with the customer and support them.  If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to contact our Technical Support team or send me a PM.

I had to RMA a GTX 570 card twice one time, since the first RMA was dead on arrival, they gave me a prepaid UPS slip to ship it back to them.
