I sent in my KPE for an RMA because the video output decided to quit. Putting in my new RMA card today and noticed it had 2 stickers on the backplate screws , welp one of the places with a sticker had no screw, should I email customer service about this? Card works fine and I think I might have another screw, they send a bunch in the HC kit, just wondering...

My RMA Kingpin also had one of the backplate screws missing.  I didn't catch it right away as I stored my Kingpin until my Optimus back plates came in to replace the original ones.  I've been contemplating emailing them about it also.  

Hopefully they can just send you a replacement screw in case you don’t have any that’d fit. Would really suck to have to send it back for an exchange just for a missing screw. Otherwise, if it’s not impacting anything, at least have CS make a note of it in case you need to send it in for another RMA at some point. That way, you’re not on the hook for not returning it in factory condition.
