You should not be posting your RMA # on the forums, just an FYI.
As a secondary buyer, you don't have the option to purchase Advanced RMA, if memory serves - this would be a good reason to purchase the card first hand instead of second hand, because that would've allowed you to pay $40 once & get a new card sent to you FIRST, via UPS 2nd Day Air, and THEN return the broken card with a label they send with your new card.
Unfortunately, because you bought the card second hand, I don't think they offer faster shipping options, although I'm sure if you spoke to the right CS Rep they might be able to get that done.
As an aside, I had my card "ship" on one of my orders & not move for an entire day - I called eVGA Customer Service, turned out what had happened was the label got ripped off the package, and any time that happens UPS returns the package to eVGA immediately. This of course was all resolved with the phone call, they repackaged my card & sent it out with a fresh label, upgraded my package to overnight free of charge because it was a "warehouse error" technically.
eVGA's customer service is great, but being a second-hand purchaser kind of cordons you out of being able to use the best parts of it.
Hopefully you receive your new card soon & it works out well for you.
