USPS says delivered to mail room, but my status says pending on my original part sent back, everything ok?

    I dont care if it takes a while i just want to know if my card got there correctly and everything is alright

    Our RMA department has just gotten in within the past 30 minutes or so. If it was marked as delivered, it may take 1-3 business days to process before updating on the website. Once a product has been shipped back, you'll receive a confirmation alongside a tracking number.     It has been about 2 days. I just want to confirm that you guys got it so i know it is not in mail oblivion

Due to the amount of packages received throughout the day, to clarify, this may take us 1-3 business days to process and to be able to update and check in packages properly.
