can anyone tell me how much time does it take to approve my RMA?

    Approval time is generally 1-2 business days. I do see that your request is being handled by our Taiwan team. I have forwarded your information to them, to handle this. If you have any further questions, please contact them directly at SupportTW@EVGA.com

    Its been 3 business days, I already mailed the taiwan team about the approval time issue but they are not replying to my mail.
    I have uploaded my invoice already.
    Please look into this matter.

    Wow no response from Taiwan team whatsoever, been mailed them 2 times about it. Its been 4 days. Got a dead graphics card for 2 weeks cant do anything with my PC, IDK what to do now, looks like I have to wait for a month or maybe more to get the RMA Approval. Heard from some people getting RMA within a week, looks like im the unlucky one.

    I can confirm that your message was received and will be answered, the customer service team may be waiting for a response from the RMA department. 
     
    Also to clarify the 2 business day approval time is for US RMAs only. There are other processes that happen in APAC and EU regions that cause RMA approvals to take longer.
