RMA 10 days nothing showing EVGA Germany

I've RMA my 2070 after getting an authorization ticket, it was posted the same day the 5th of March.
It's still showing as pending on the RMA Received support section.
 
How long does this normally take from the uk to germany ?
It was posted via Royal mail, tracked, signed for etc.

    This could have various reasons of why its in this state. It could be held in customs mainly. I checked your RMA and it does not appear we have received it. I would suggest to email the tracking number to SupportEU@EVGA.com and we can take look at the delay. Thanks!

    In my case it was because EVGA wouldn't accept the item and/or nobody is actually physically at the provided address. 

    The local delivery agent (Deutsche Post or DHL in most cases) tried delivering 6x and then returned the item to the UK. It's really not a fun process right now.
