I recently picked up and x17 mouse and I've noticed that in the RGB unleashed software there is a "static color" option. The problem I'm running into is that there is no way for me to change the static color. In PX1 for static color, you get a full color pallet at well as a few presets and actual number values for the LED color, but in RGB Unleashed, none of that appears to be present. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as clicking on random parts of the software and found a couple of fun bugs when static color is set, but other than that no real way to select a custom color. Just wondering if others are running into a similar issue

I admit that it's not always very responsive, but what James said is correct. There have been a couple of times I had to change settings around to get it to respond again.

I see. That's what I thought it would be for changing color, but sadly any time I've tried to click on the color it seems nothing actually happens. I guess I'll have to keep trying or something. Thanks for the feedback though!

I'm currently on version 1.64 for firmware myself. Tried a factory reset, uninstalled the software, cleared app data of anything mentioning the software and reinstalled, still no luck sadly.

The firmware update fixed all my button issues I was having but as far as color for static, mine is stuck on white as well since i got it.  In fact, any other other other rgb options such as trigger, breating, etc will not let me set custom colors or bring the color pallet up.  Tried going as far as going in to safe mode, uninstalling and removing any left over files then rebooting and installing the newest version that just came out and still same issue.  Anyone figure out a solution yet?  was hoping this software update would fix the no color wheel.

So the issue we're having, or at least I'm having Odin is that clicking on that button doesn't bring up the color wheel. Are others having this issue using AMD cpu's?

I just got my x17 mouse a few days ago.  And I am unable to get the color wheel to show up for RGB.  I am running an amd cpu as well.   Is there a fix for this or am i stuck with the defaults?

@th3cl3ric I'm currently running the most recent bios with the USB fix and that did not resolve the issue. It did resolve the pcie 4.0 problems I was having with my sound card

Just to clarify, I updated to this bios version when it was first released in hopes of the issue resolving

They updated the UnleashRGB app, the freezing issue is fixed I was having the same issue.

hey everyone following this post, i have an update! a new bios version for my mobo was released today (x570 taichi, new bios version is 4.40, previously was on 4.30) and with the new bios, i have absolutely 0 problems with the software now. if you're comfortable with bios updates, i'd say check to see if you have a new bios available and give that a go for your respective boards. if not, you might be getting a bios update soon! hang in there!
