Queue numbers gone?

I've bought many eVGA cards, and stepped up several over the years.  There used to be a queue number so you had a rough idea of when your step up would be ready to process.
 
I stepped up a card recently to a 1080ti FE, and I notice now it just says "In Queue" .. did they do away with queue numbers?  How do we know how long the wait is going to be?  Any idea at all or area we can see the rough timeline of when we'll be able to upgrade?
